President
I am a fourth year Chemical Engineering student who most recently completed a co-op rotation with The Dow Chemical Company as a Production Engineering Co-op. I am looking forward to attracting more freshmen to NSBE, increasing our member retention rate, and bringing more members to Regional and National Conventions this year!

Christopher Boles
Vice President
I am a second year Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering here at the University of Cincinnati. I received my bachelor’s in computer engineering from the University of Colorado. My research is in computational modeling of the respiratory system. I looks forward to publishing my initial first author paper this year.

I am a 3rd year Biomedical Engineering Major at the University of Cincinnati. I was born in Nigeria but raised in Cincinnati. I will be serving as NSBE’s Secretary for this school year. Some of my favorite hobbies include DJ'ing, listening to music, playing video games, and playing volleyball!This year, I am looking forward to obtaining many new members to NSBE as well as enjoying my first year on E-Board!

I am serving as your treasurer for the 23-24 school year! I was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and will be graduating with my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering this year. I love traveling, trying new foods, and spending quality time with friends and family! I look forward to serving you this school year!

I am a fourth-year Chemical Engineering student with a minor in Biomedical Electronics & Computing. I have completed three co-op rotations at Enable Injections in their Product Development department. This school year, I look forward to having fun with my friends,
interacting/helping more students, and bringing back programs like A Walk for Education and STEMFest.

Hello! My name is Adolphus Addison. I am an aspiring physician and biomedical engineer. I currently serve as the NSBE membership chair for the ‘23-’24 year. I am looking forward to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community within The University of Cincinnati. I hope to have a fun and engaging year that will increase membership!

Hello, I'm Kam Jones. I am a 3rd year Construction Management major from Toledo, OH. I will be serving as NSBE’s Finance chair for this school year. Some of my favorite hobbies include fitness, reading, and music! I hope to help everyone I can realize their potential this year!

Hey everybody! My name is Payton Turnbow and I am a 5th year Information Technology major here at the University of Cincinnati. My hobbies range from digital design to makeup, listening to music, and trying new things. This year, I’m looking forward to meeting new people, inspiring a generation of incoming engineers, and having them become a part of our NSBE Family!

I am a third-year Aerospace Engineering student. I’ve recently completed a co-op at GE Aerospace and want to pursue a career focused in interior systems engineering. I am looking forward to attending the NSBE Regional Conference in Chicago, Illinois!

Parliamentarian & Community Service Chair
I am a third-year Chemical Engineering student with a minor in Environmental Engineering and Chemistry. I have completed one co-op rotation at Michelman in their Process Engineer department, and I am returning this fall semester for my second rotation. This school year, I looks forward to being involved around campus, helping to provide more community service opportunities for students! I also can’t wait to hangout with friends and make unforgettable memories!

I am a third-year chemical engineering student. This fall semester, I will be completing my second co-op rotation at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. I’m excited to represent UC NSBE as a senator at the regional and national conventions, and looks forward to increasing NSBE’s presence in the community.

I am a fourth-year Biomedical Engineering student who most recently completed a co-op rotation at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with Doctor David B. Haslam in Infection Disease Research with a focus on Leishmaniasis. I am currently on my 3rd co-op at Johnson and Johnson Ethicon Endo-Surgery. I'm looking forward to continuing building the growing community of black undergraduate engineers and mentoring the next great black engineers at the University of Cincinnati!
